Panda Morgan Thomas co-founded 33 St. James's in 2003 and is a Managing Partner. She leads Global Financial Services and the Sports Management Practice. Recognised as a leading international consultant in the Asset Management and Private Wealth sectors, Karen focuses on Management Assessment and Search Assignments at senior levels globally.

Panda spent 18 years in the City, initially as a Director of Smith St. Aubyn and later as Chief Executive of BZW's highly successful global soft commission house, Thamesway. She joined Heidrick and Struggles in 1996, establishing the Asset Management and Private Wealth practices in London and working internationally across functions at board level in Financial Services and Sports Management.

Educated at Millfield, The University of London and Henley Management College, Karen speaks French, German, Italian and Spanish.
